• Doors Open at 5:00 pm (All seating is reserved) 
• Grand March at 5:30 pm (Grads line up at the side gym door) 
• Grad Banquet at 6:00 pm

Tickets are $12.00/person. 4 tickets total allowed and will be on sale May 13th through June 3rd.  Each Grad may purchase up to 4 tickets (includes graduating student and 3 guests). Tickets can be purchased from Larinda in the Learning Commons by cash or cheque.

After June 3rd, students may purchase an additional 4 tickets, on a first come first serve basis.
**(No tickets will be available after June 14^th & all tickets sales are final)**

Graduation is for all students who will achieve a certificate or diploma. To attend the celebration, a diploma student must have a minimum of 90 credits with a plan to finish and a certificate student must have a minimum of 70 credits with a plan to finish. Students may go to the office or their advisor for a “Course Mark Inquiry” if they are unsure of how many credits they have to date. Rod Dueck will have the official Graduation List out before Easter Break.

Crystal will take grad photos at a $10.00 cost during school hours from April 2^nd – 12^th. A booking schedule will be in the office by March 19^th. When you book a time slot you need to pay the $10.00.  
Lifetouch takes professional grad photos at their studio in the Paramount Building @ 719-4^th Ave S. A down payment of $40.00 is required at the time of your sitting.

There is a $20.00 Grad Fee that needs to be paid in the office before you will be able to be measured for a gown.

Larinda Chase will be doing the measurements for convocation gowns in the Learning Commons. These gowns are worn ONLY at the 10:00am Convocation Ceremony. We need to know how tall you are so that your gown is the right length. Please go to the Learning Commons to have this done after you have paid the $20.00 grad fee.

Crystal, and Jaylene will be organizing student speakers around the end of April. If you are interested, please speak with one of them.

Dixie and Crystal are organizing the hoodie orders. The first order went through before Christmas. The last order deadline is Thursday, Feb 28^th.  Hoodie cost is $40.00; order forms are in the office.  Payment must be made before a hoodie can be ordered.

Students who need help with getting hair or make-up done. Please see Lenore to make arrangements.

If you want to assist with decorating, please give Dixie or Crystal your name. We will be doing the main decorating of the GYM on the morning of Monday, June 17^th. A few last minute decorations will happen Tuesday, June 18^th in the morning as well.
